Spaces with soul that whisper their stories

Barcelona hides extraordinary corners beyond its celebrated landmarks. Tucked away are residences, palaces and cultural venues of immense historic and artistic value—places that remain largely off the conventional tourist trail. From Hotel Continental we invite you to explore one of the city’s most rewarding cultural experiences: Cases Singulars, a project that opens the doors of these hidden gems.

Our own singular treasure: Hotel Continental?Palacete

We like to begin with a house we know best—our Hotel Continental Palacete, set on elegant Rambla de Catalunya at the corner of Carrer de la Diputació.

If you would like to visit and learn about the hotel’s history, artistic wealth and unique architecture, keep an eye on our blog. Each year the Barcelona Hotel Guild’s “Rutes Hotels Monument” program includes a guided tour of the Hotel Continental Palacete.

“Cases Singulars”: a gift for lovers of history, architecture and heritage

Founded by Isabel Vallès Audouard and Laura Pastor Durán, Cases?Singulars was created to reveal Barcelona’s soul through small group guided visits to emblematic buildings that are usually closed to the public or unfamiliar to most visitors.

Tours are led by experts who illuminate the historical, artistic and human richness of each house. You don’t just admire façades—you step into the lives of the families who lived there, the architects who designed them and the social context in which they were built.
