We all know La Pedrera as one of the most important monuments in Barcelona but maybe you don’t know that there are a lot of events in the building related with music, art, architecture, etc. This weekend we present you a small festival that takes place every third sunday of the month. It wants to be an important musical contribution in which the Fundació Catalunya-La Pedrera becomes a patron and recommender of young musical talents from this country.

Each resident will give three concerts on the third Sunday of each month at La Pedrera (as a soloist, in a duo and as a chamber group) with other invited performers. This sunday 17th March at 6pm it the turn of Anna Alàs i Jové. She’s a mezzosoprano and is one of the rising stars on the European music scene starring a solid career, with prizes as important as the second prize of the International Competition of Stuttgart Lied and Opera Singing Contest Baroque PA, considered the most important their specialties.
