Los andamios se desmontar\u00e1n en octubre para poder ver las torres desde la calle. La bendici\u00f3n de estas torres ser\u00e1 el 12 de noviembre junto con la inauguraci\u00f3n de la iluminaci\u00f3n, que se mantendr\u00e1 hasta la Navidad.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Avances en la construcci\u00f3n de la Torre de Jes\u00fas, que ha alcanzado el noveno nivel de los doce planificados para el tronco antes de iniciar el terminal. El arzobispo de Barcelona mencion\u00f3 este hecho como hist\u00f3rico. Durante la presentaci\u00f3n, se destac\u00f3 que la estrella se erige en el horizonte de Barcelona con la intenci\u00f3n de ser un s\u00edmbolo de unidad para toda la ciudad.<\/p>\n<p>En el evento religioso oficial previo a la iluminaci\u00f3n el 8 de diciembre de 2022, se transmiti\u00f3 un mensaje del papa Francisco enfatizando la importancia de la estrella como un faro que fomenta gestos diarios de amor, fraternidad y atenci\u00f3n hacia los m\u00e1s necesitados. La intenci\u00f3n es que esta adici\u00f3n no solo tenga un significado arquitect\u00f3nico, sino que tambi\u00e9n impulse valores de solidaridad y uni\u00f3n en la comunidad.<\/p>\n<p>La estrella que cuelga a 138 metros de altura en la Bas\u00edlica tiene 12 puntas, un di\u00e1metro de 12,5 metros y pesa alrededor de 5,5 toneladas. Su dise\u00f1o fue complejo y su coste aproximado fue de 1,5 millones de euros. Se ha construido con vidrio texturizado y acero inoxidable para resistir fuertes impactos, incluso de elementos que se muevan a 100 kil\u00f3metros por hora.
