Hotel Continental se enorgullece de generar confianza durante 200 a\u00f1os<\/strong><\/h2>\n

En momentos como el actual, de gran fragilidad econ\u00f3mica e incertidumbre para el sector tur\u00edstico, hotelero y para la econom\u00eda en global, es cuando la Responsabilidad Social Corporativa (RSC) adquiere mayor relevancia y pertinencia.<\/p>\n

La honestidad es uno de los valores clave de los que nace la RSC. Es tener el valor de decir siempre la verdad de los hechos, de ser razonable y justo con tus acciones. La honestidad es nuestra carta de presentaci\u00f3n con las personas en el exterior, toma como puntos de referencia nuestras acciones, lo que decimos y la manera de reaccionar ante cualquier escenario. As\u00ed la honestidad es el valor que construye confianza.<\/p>\n

\"TRUST<\/p>\n

Cuando hay confianza, somos capaces de empatizar, pedir, hacernos entender\u2026 m\u00e1s y mejor con nuestros equipos, proveedores y clientela para involucrarles en ser parte de la soluci\u00f3n, reforzar las alianzas, buscar consensos, negociar condiciones equitativas y justas en favor de un bien o beneficio com\u00fan mayor.<\/p>\n

La funci\u00f3n primordial de la RSC es recordarnos y guiarnos en c\u00f3mo tomar el camino m\u00e1s correcto, como llegar a acuerdos y compromisos un\u00e1nimes y, sobretodo, cumplir la ley sin buscar atajos, descubrir vac\u00edos legales tratando de sortearla en beneficio propio.<\/p>\n

El poder m\u00e1gico de la RSC <\/strong><\/h2>\n

Cuando abres un di\u00e1logo franco con tus grupos de inter\u00e9s, cuando construyes confianza a base de tantos a\u00f1os, cuando demuestras tu compromiso verdadero con tu gente, tu clientela, tus proveedores\u2026 \u00a0es cuando las situaciones dif\u00edciles se vuelven m\u00e1s f\u00e1ciles. Es cuando juntos nos comprometemos en ser parte de la soluci\u00f3n, en salir de \u00e9sta con m\u00e1s fuerza.<\/p>\n

Ahora es el momento de dialogar, explicarse, entenderse, ayudarse, solidarizarse. Este es el poder m\u00e1gico de la RSC, abrirse al entorno y al otro para superar juntos, afianzar la confianza mutua y buscar soluciones que ayuden a superar esta crisis.<\/p>\n

Las muestras de comprensi\u00f3n, confianza, aceptaci\u00f3n por parte de los equipos, la mayor\u00eda de los cuales est\u00e1n todav\u00eda en el ERTE, supone un alivio a esta situaci\u00f3n de impotencia. Agradecemos infinitamente su paciencia, su comprensi\u00f3n, su disponibilidad y apoyo.<\/p>\n

Y hoy estamos especialmente felices de comunicar que el Continental Barcelona reabrir\u00e1 sus puertas de nuevo este viernes 3 de julio. Esperamos que con la apertura de fronteras hacia y desde los pa\u00edses de la Uni\u00f3n Europea el 1 de julio tenga un efecto positivo y se den las condiciones para poder mantener la estructura y la actividad.<\/p>\n

Y, por supuesto, la confianza, responsabilidad y compromiso de los que se han mantenido activos y que han tenido que trabajar duro para conseguir adoptar todas las medidas y seguir ofreciendo nuestro mejor servicio, con todas las garant\u00edas.<\/p>\n

Queremos desde aqu\u00ed dar un GRACIAS enorme por su dedicaci\u00f3n, por su profesionalidad y por su disponibilidad, nuestro equipo es la base de nuestro \u00e9xito y el que ha hecho posible sobrevivir a todo despu\u00e9s de casi 200 a\u00f1os de tradici\u00f3n familiar en el sector hotelero de Barcelona.<\/p>\n

Colaboraci\u00f3n y solidaridad de nuestros proveedores <\/strong><\/h2>\n

Esta situaci\u00f3n, puede extrapolarse a otras. Proveedores de toda la vida y con los que tenemos una relaci\u00f3n de colaboraci\u00f3n muy estrecha, nos est\u00e1n apoyando ofreci\u00e9ndonos descuentos, condiciones de pago ventajosas\u2026 incluso exenciones de pago o bonificaciones. Estos gestos son los que dan sentido a nuestro trabajo. Dan aire fresco y esperanza en estos momentos duros y de incertidumbre.<\/p>\n
