\u201cDesde el fondo de mi coraz\u00f3n, estoy muy feliz de sentirme parte de la familia del Hotel Continental Palacete \u00ab<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Este es parte del mensaje que nos envi\u00f3 uno de los miembros del grupo de la India. 23 tripulantes que han estado hospedados en nuestro Hotel Continental Palacete durante 71 d\u00edas coincidiendo con el confinamiento y cierre de fronteras a causa de la Covid19.<\/p>\n

\u00abLes echo de menos y lamento si en alg\u00fan momento no nos comportamos bien o rompimos algunas reglas del hotel. Pero desde el fondo de mi coraz\u00f3n, estoy muy feliz de sentirme como de la familia del Hotel Continental Palacete. Un sincero agradecimiento de los 23 indios que les desean lo mejor.\u00bb<\/p>\n

Y as\u00ed es como, tras 71 noches en nuestro Hotel, este grupo de la India se convirti\u00f3 para siempre en parte de nuestra familia.<\/p>\n

Oficialmente reconocidos como \u201cNuestro Record Mundial de Larga Estancia\u201d <\/strong><\/h2>\n

As\u00ed es como se desped\u00eda Jos\u00e9 Maria Malagarriga, Director y Propietario del Hotel Continental en su carta de agradecimiento dirigida a cada uno de los se\u00f1ores del grupo de la India. La incluimos aqu\u00ed para compartirla contigo y para el recuerdo.<\/p>\n

\u201cNuestra vocaci\u00f3n ha permanecido intacta durante este tiempo dif\u00edcil de confinamiento. La responsabilidad de ser un hotel de guardia durante la pandemia no ha sido f\u00e1cil, hemos tenido que extremar las medidas para asegurar la protecci\u00f3n del equipo y de nuestros hu\u00e9spedes y hemos seguido siendo fieles a nuestro compromiso con el servicio y la atenci\u00f3n a la clientela para que se sintiera lo mejor posible en esta etapa de confinamiento. Hemos ofrecido alojamiento a todas aquellas personas que necesitaban forzosamente permanecer en Barcelona y lo hemos hecho con el compromiso social que nos ha caracterizado siempre, ofreciendo alojamiento a precios muy por debajo de su coste. Es algo que nos viene de familia: somos hoteleros. Nos mueve la vocaci\u00f3n de servicio y la entrega incondicional a nuestra clientela\u201d, as\u00ed ha querido destacar aqu\u00ed Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Malagarriga.<\/p>\n

Se marcharon la pasada madrugada del domingo 31 de mayo. Un autocar ondeando la bandera india les vino a recoger a las 4 de la ma\u00f1ana para llevarles al aeropuerto de Madrid y de ah\u00ed, rumbo Mumbai: su ansiado hogar.<\/p>\n

Ha sido un honor y una bendici\u00f3n haber podido ofrecerles nuestro hotel durante esta dura \u00e9poca de confinamiento. Nos hemos sentido acompa\u00f1ados y seguros gracias a su comportamiento responsable y educado. Unos hu\u00e9spedes y una historia sin precedentes para el Hotel Continental en nuestros ya 200 a\u00f1os de tradici\u00f3n familiar.<\/p>\n

As\u00ed el domingo termin\u00f3 esta historia que nos ha acercado a un pa\u00eds lejano: la India. Un crisol de colores, tradiciones, olores, culturas\u2026 de una riqueza brutal. Hemos tenido el privilegio de compartir y disfrutar un poquito de ello gracias a este grupo indio. Es la maravilla de descubrir como la humanidad se une, se reconoce y agradece en tiempos de dificultad.<\/p>\n

Tambi\u00e9n queremos dar gracias desde aqu\u00ed a todo nuestro equipo: recepcionistas, camareras, mantenimiento, la empresa de catering Gram Facility Services<\/a> y la polic\u00eda de barrio del distrito de l\u2019Eixample por haber estado pendientes de nosotros y de nuestro alojados. A todos, much\u00edsimas gracias por haberlo puesto f\u00e1cil y haberlo dado todo para que todo saliera perfecto.<\/p>\n
