Discovered in the Spot Festival in Denmark by the editor of Rolling Stone. They released their first album, <em>Whip It On<\/em>, one year later. Its influences are The Ronettes, The Velvet Underground, Blondie and The Jesus &amp; Mary Chain. Now Raveonettes are the reference group for many emerging bands like Glasvegas and The Drums.
