It was 50 years ago when Montserrat Caball\u00e9<\/a> made her debut at the Liceu<\/a> with the opera Arabella by Richard Strauss. Xavier Montsalvatge, the opera critic of the time, highlighted the soprano\u2019s voice, defining as a total novelty. Since then, the sentimental relationship between the soprano and the Gran Teatre del Liceu has increased, thus, Caball\u00e9 has interpreted all of the great ladies in opera, including Norma, Maria Stuarda, Lucrezia Borgia, Aida\u2026 due to which this magnificent voice has become a part of the essence of the most prestigious Theatre in Barcelona. To commemorate the 50th anniversary of this partnership, the Liceu has organised several activities, highlighting this Tribute Concert, in which the soprano will participate alongside many other well-known singers and friends, which will also include an exhibition, the presentation of a triple CD and a projection in the Espai Liceu.

\nHace ya 50 a\u00f1os, Montserrat Caball\u00e9<\/a> debut\u00f3 en el Liceu con la \u00f3pera \u201cArabella\u201d de Richard Strauss. El entonces cr\u00edtico Xavier Montsalvatge destac\u00f3 la voz de la soprano como una novedad absoluta. Desde entonces, la relaci\u00f3n sentimental entre la soprano y el Gran Teatre del Liceu no se ha detenido: la Caball\u00e9 ha interpretado a todas las grandes damas de la \u00f3pera: Norma, Maria Stuarda, Lucreziza Borgia, Aida\u2026 por todo ello esta gran voz forma parte de la esencia del Teatro m\u00e1s prestigioso de Barcelona. Para celebrar el 50 aniversario de esta fruct\u00edfera relaci\u00f3n, el Liceu ha programado diversas actividades, en la que destaca este Concierto Homenaje donde la soprano participar\u00e1 junto con otros reconocidos cantantes y amigos, y que se completa con una exposici\u00f3n, la edici\u00f3n de un triple CD y una proyecci\u00f3n en el Espai Liceu. <\/em>
