Hotel Continental Barcelona y Hotel Continental Palacete implantan el Sistema Integral Covid19 establecido por la CEHE y CEHAT
Con la ambición de alcanzar los máximos compromisos para garantizar la seguridad y protección a nuestra clientela y equipos, nuetros hoteles: Continental Barcelona y Continental Palacete acaban de implantar el sistema integral de gestión de prevención Covid19 establecido conjuntamente por la Confederación Empresarial de Hostelería de España (CEHE) y la Confederación Española de Hoteles y Alojamientos Turísticos (CEHAT).
Declaración responsable sobre todos los requisitos necesarios para una “hospitalidad segura”
El primer requisito que exige la obtención de este distintivo es la firma de la declaración responsable de compromiso con el cumplimiento de los requisitos de limpieza, salud e higiene necesarios para una ‘hostelería segura’, que permita aportar confianza a trabajadores y clientes durante su estancia en el establecimiento.
El siguiente paso necesario para la obtención de esta acreditación es, entre otros requisitos, completar una formación específica respecto a las medidas para reducir el contagio por COVID-19. Estas medidas están recogidas en las Directrices y Recomendaciones elaboradas por Hostelería de España y CEHAT con sus asociaciones territoriales, grandes cadenas hoteleras asociadas y el Instituto Tecnológico Hotelero (ITH), en coordinación con el ICTE (Instituto para la Calidad Turística Española), a petición de la Secretaría de Estado de Turismo, cuya Guía fue publicada el 10 de mayo por el Ministerio de Industria, Comercio y Turismo, tras la validación por parte del Ministerio de Sanidad.
Nuestro personal ha realizado ya la formación para conocer todos los requisitos a tener en cuenta en relación a la atención a la clientela, limpieza, mantenimiento, gestión de bufets, zonas comunes y todas las medidas establecidas a implantar con todo detalle. Por ejemplo: el uso de un viricida para la limpieza de habitaciones con paños de un solo uso, utilización de vapor para moqueta, cortina, paredes; la ropa de cama de cada habitación se cierra en bolsas individuales; el buffet se cambia con muchas frecuencia, se restringe el número de personas, y es obligatorio el uso de guantes de un solo uso y mascarilla. Además de contar con gel hidroalcohólico por todas las zonas.

El Hotel Continental Palacete que, como ya explicamos en un anterior post, ha permanecido siempre abierto como hotel de guardia, ha mantenido en todo momento los más altos estándares de limpieza y protección.
