After leaving the stage temporarily, Sara Baras returns with a unique show in Barcelona. For many years this dancer from Cádiz has taken flamenco dancing to its most passionate expression with different performances that reinterpret classic dancing and the most representative Spanish figures of history. On this occasion, she pays tribute to the commemoration of 200 years since the 1812 Spanish Constitution, which was passed in Cádiz, her place of birth. The flamenco drama performance “La Pepa” transmits all the intensity of this period: war, the beauty of Andalucia, the political significance of the creation of the constitution, the desire to live and freedom. One of the dancers is JosĂ© Serrano who performs as guest artist.

Tickets from 24 to 48€. The spectacle takes place in Teatre Tívoli right next to the Hotel Continental Barcelona and the Hotel Continental Palacete.  (C/ Casp, 8). There will be different sessions from today, 7th March, to 14th April.
