This weekend the 48h Open House Barcelona is coming. Since its beginning in London in 1992, the Open House project has allowed thousands of citizens of several countries to know in depth and understand buildings and other spots of their cities thanks to the activities that are carried out every year. In Barcelona you can enjoy it since 2010. This year’s edition, the third one, hopes to exceed the 35.000 visitors of last year’s with the open house days in more than 150 buildings of all kinds.
In every building you will find a person (a voluntary or even one of the architects) who will guide you and will answer to your questions about the place, thanks to a network of 600 volunteers, 22 organizations, more than 100 owners and more than 100 architects.
You’ll be able to visit building outside the current turistic circuit, We hope you’ll enjoy it.
