As is well known, of late and even more now also hotels invest heavily in strategies for Corporate Social Responsibility.
The CSR was directly related to the image and sustainability of a certain hotel a priori. Nevertheless, since travelers worldwide were demanding more and more compromise from their chosen destination, the hotel trade has widened its radius to implement RSC action. Nowadays, RSC entails a lot more aspects.
Among them, the 3rd Daytime Debate for RSC Comprar: alguna cosa més que qualitat i el preu (Buying: something more than price and quality) addressed to the hoteliers companies in Barcelona will deal with responsible purchasing as well as with inclusive business -the sustainable business that benefits low-income communities from a social enterprise to an NGO.
The discussion panel has been led by Pili Malagarriga i Vallet, CEO and co-founder of SegonMón -a consultant on issues of Corporate Social Responsibility & Citizen (rscc) focused on conscientious companies about sustainably and advisor them on how to implement innovation and viability through CSR- and it has been cited two samples of responsible purchasing by Hotel Arts and Ilunion.
In collaboration with the event, the business association formed by hotel establishments Gremi d’Hotels de Barcelona.
All in all, it promises to be a unique opportunity to discuss and share concerns and experiences around the good practices of our hotels.
